As a unit owner himself Simon is well aware of what a Body Corporate requires from its Body Corporate Manager to ensure that the buildings run smoothly. He understands the need for accesible client service, timely administration and ethical and professional service. He has specifically structured Hartley’s Body Corporate Management around these core brand promises.
Simon is the Managing Director and Principle of Hartley’s Body Corporate Management which is a medium sized strata firm established in 2004 at Sherwood and now operating out of Graceville in Brisbane’s West and new offices at Newstead.
Simon is in his third term as President of the Board of Strata Community Association (QLD) and was recently recognised for his service to the industry with a fellowship of the organisation. This follows a year as Vice President and two years as a board member of the CTIQ.
Simon also sits on the SCA National Board and is engaged at a International level through many consultative groups and associations including the C.A.I.
He meets regularly with the Industry Stakeholders group which is convened by the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management and the Office of the Attorney General and actively engages at all levels of government.
Simon holds the qualifications of certificate IV in Body Corporate Management and an associate Diploma of Business.
Directly prior to establishing Hartley’s Body Corporate Management Simon had a long and successful 23 year career as a senior manager with Kmart a division of Coles Myer.
Simon believes the body corporate management industry is an exciting and rapidly growing professional industry that provides great challenges and rewards.
His contributions at a International, National and State level involve working with key stakeholders and government to ensure lot owners, industry employees, suppliers and Bodies Corporate needs are addressed through Government policy reform, education and training.

Wendy Kerridge is Principal & Operations Director of Hartley’s Body Corporate Management, which is a medium sized strata firm established in 2004 at Sherwood and now operating out of Graceville in Brisbane’s West.
Prior to joining the Strata Industry Wendy had a long time successful 26 year career within the Coles Group Organisation, working across a number of their divisions including Kmart, Coles Liquor Retail, Coles Spirit Hotels and more recently within Coles Supermarkets where she held key Management and Executive roles.
Wendy¹s keys strengths are with building solid networks with key stakeholders, working closely with internal and external clients, effective operational procedures and a strong team culture through support, training & development.
